Dietary fiber
An important foundation for healthy digestion
Dietary fiber consists of indigestible components of plant-based foods that play an important role in normal digestion and bowel function. Among other things, it serves as a food source for beneficial gut bacteria, thus contributing to a diverse gut flora. At the same time, dietary fiber can increase stool volume and therefore contribute to normal bowel activity.
Since the average fiber intake in Germany is often below the recommendations, it contains NEO¹². Specifically selected soluble fibers. These include acacia fiber & Inulin which, as plant-based sources of fiber, can be a valuable addition to the daily diet. This supports NEO¹² a modern basic supply – also with regard to a balanced fiber intake.
