Refund policy

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Consequences of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days and begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods together and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.
If you have ordered goods that are delivered regularly over a defined period of time, the withdrawal period begins fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first item.

of your decision to withdraw from your order by means of a clear statement via email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, NEOaging – Brand of MITOcare GmbH & Co. KG is obliged to refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the offered, most economical standard delivery, as well as in the case of a partial withdrawal), without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal from this contract was received.

For the refund, the same means of payment will be used that you used in the original transaction. If expressly agreed, another means of payment may also be used. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

NEOaging – Brand of MITOcare GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to refuse the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back — whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed NEOaging – Brand of MITOcare GmbH & Co. KG of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen (14) days have expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
    The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for such contracts.

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Required Information for a Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw an order, please send an email with the following information to info@neoaging.de:

• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
• Your name
• Your full address
• The email address used to place the order
• Date of the order
• Date of receipt of the order
• Reason for withdrawal

General Notes

In general, damage and contamination of the goods should be avoided.
Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components, and with protective outer packaging if applicable.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please avoid sending goods back to us freight collect (unfrei).

Please note that the above items 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
