Powerful plant polyphenol

Resveratrol originally developed as a natural defense mechanism by plants, this polyphenol has attracted considerable attention in longevity research. It is produced by plants as a natural protective compound and is found in various plant species, including grapes, berries, and Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum).
